Reflexology is very relaxing and may help alleviate stress. The theory behind reflexology is that areas of the foot correspond to organs and systems of the body. Reflexology may reduce pain, stress and anxiety, and enhance relaxation and sleep.
£10 when booked with another service.
The treatment starts with a full body scrub using satin smooth exfoliating mousse followed by application of body cream in the same eccence. Then, you will receive a back massage using the satin smooth body oil.

Sophie was absolutely wonderful. I ended up being late (which I never am to anything!!) and she was so kind and understanding. I had a lash lift and honestly can’t stop looking at them. I had a lash lift previously at a salon and they were no where near as good as this! I am so so pleased and will be back for certain. Thank you so much! X
